The base rental includes the entire lower suite that includes queen bed, ensuite spa bath, TV area, game room, large bar and the outside bar /kitchen.
Additional rooms up to a total of 3 each with a private bath can be added.
The entire 6000 sq foot home is available for weddings or private venues on special request.

Where do I start!
First of all this is a private waterfront community. This home has over 300 foot of waterfront with multiple docks and decks to enjoy. Swimming and fishing is certainly recommended and boat rental, tubing, skiing and other water activities can be arranged.
